Rob is a seasoned real estate investor with a background in ad sales. He co-hosts the #1 Real Estate Podcast, BiggerPockets, which boasts over 5 million monthly downloads. In 2020, he launched the Robuilt YouTube channel, now the largest Airbnb channel globally and provides free education to over 200k subscribers globally. In his free time Rob enjoys Improv Acting and spending time with his family.
Clint graduated from the University of Texas with degrees in Economics and Mathematics and has been investing in Real Estate professionally for 8 years. He supports non-profit organizations that provide basic health care and education to underserved populations. When not in “professional mode,” he’s an outdoor enthusiast who has skied all over the world.
Dr. K.Kay Moody is the founder of Doc to Doc Rentals, a community-driven platform she launched on Facebook in 2016 to foster support among physicians.
In 2021, she expanded this initiative with Doc to Doc Rentals, LLC, a dedicated website for connecting medical professionals to share their STRs.
With a diverse background, Dr. Moody attended college on a ballet scholarship and previously owned a ballet school before pursuing a career in medicine.
She holds a master’s degree in public health, completed her medical degree and a 4-year residency, is board certified in emergency medicine and is a dedicated wife and mother of 5 children.
She continues to have the goal of bringing people together to support one another!
Her passion project is Glacier Rock Wellness Ranch, a glamping retreat near Mount Rainier National Park in Washington State.
