We were long time renters in Breckenridge and have tried to design the “perfect” rental.

Location
One of the best parts of this house is its very unique location–it has a shuttle stop near the base of the driveway to take you to town or less than a 5 minute drive to Main Street. At the same time, you have 2 private acres that directly abut onto old gold mining lots and then national forest with some of the best trails in Breckenridge for hiking and biking. All you see from the house are forest, mountains, wildlife, and the occasional lost hiker.

Inside
There are 4 bedrooms including one master with ensuite separate shower and jetted tub and king size bed. The second bedroom also has an ensuite shower and bathroom with a king that can be split into two full size beds. This room also has a working treadmill and yoga equipment.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed which is next to the fourth bedroom which has a trundle with a queen and two full size beds.

There is also a full workstation in the office with large monitor, laser printer, mouse, keyboard, headset, and webcam and can use either mac or PC. Just bring a laptop and can get work done while looking out onto the mountains. We also just put a pull out couch sofa bed and dresser up there if sleeping even more folks.

We have gigabit speed internet into the house and cell phone reception is very good for Tmobile, Verizon, and ATT.

There are TVs with full cable in each bedroom except for the kids bunk room. There are hundreds of channels with xfinity. The internet in the house runs on Deco Mesh system with 5 pods so there is fast internet everywhere.

The deck is brand new with new hot tub and furniture–so should be awesome when warm. Given, the hot tub is awesome year around!

There are lots of toys for the kids so if they run out of fun outdoor activities, there is lots to do indoors as well (other than watch tv).

We just redid the kitchen, deck, floors, toilets, showers/baths, faucets, office, and beyond.

This is our dream home that we are renting out until we can be there full time.
