One-level no stairs, dog/kid/elderly-friendly set on a double lot with a screened heated saltwater pool & spa (no heating fees) along with a newly installed Cold plunge All-in (May 2025) surrounded by lush tropical well lit landscaping. The outdoor area is a true highlight, featuring a covered lanai with an outdoor Sylvox tv, a 25’x9′ feet putting green, a separate space with a firepit, a grill, and a Blackstone griddle, all ideal for entertaining.

The fully stocked Poggenpohl kitchen is equipped with a large kitchen island, two refrigerators and a fully stocked Coffee station with multiple options to choose from (Nespresso, Keurig pods, latte maker, etc..), perfect for large groups or extended stays.

Comfort: Owned by a physician and designed for wellness-minded families, the home includes a whole-home dehumidifier and HEPA air purifier for a clean, refreshing indoor environment.

The property is hosted by Liveright Vacations, a professional management company that is a Superhost on Airbnb and a Premier Host on Vrbo. I can apply the Doc-to-Doc discount through a code on their direct booking site, where all payments are processed. Rates vary by season, ranging from $300 per night during peak hurricane season, to $900 per night in February and March. Our 1Gbps fast internet is ideal for 4K streaming, downloading shows and large files, supporting smart home devices, plus for peace of mind, the house also has a second backup wifi network.

Cable and Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc., Cable TV is available in the 2 living rooms, Lanai and Master bedroom, Smart TVs are available in all rooms for your entertainment.

Guests have access to the entire house and yard.

The residence comes fully equipped with all the essentials and more: A beach cart, coolers, beach chairs, and multiple umbrellas, along with pool toys and inflatables are all provided for your ultimate beach or pool day

A local house attendant is available on call through the Liveright Vacations office to assist with any requests or needs during your stay. Additionally, I’m available via phone or message for any inquiries or questions about the house.

The fees include a cleaning fee and a damage waiver that covers accidental damage, functioning similar to Airbnb’s air cover. Additionally, during booking, guests have the option to purchase travel insurance for coverage in case they are unable to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. During hurricane season, we offer a hurricane refund guarantee-regardless of the cancellation policy- in case a category 1 hurricane or stronger affects southern Florida or RSW airport.

For docs, Complimentary Mid-stay clean and one evening chef meal prep for stays of 7 nights or more, guest is responsible for food costs.

Doc guests can request extra intra-stay cleaning for a discounted fee and can hire the chef for a fee for stays of less than 7 nights.
