Also 1 futon, 9 couches, and lots of floor space. There are 9 foldable 3″-4″ thick sleeping pads for floor sleeping. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort only 20 miles away. Easy access to Fish Haven Canyon & Bear Lake for outdoor adventures! Plenty of room to host large gatherings with large kitchen & dining seating 40+ people. Private, indoor heated pool (12.5’x14’x3′) set at 85 degrees. A large landscaped yard/playground/patio for outdoor entertainment! High speed WiFi.

For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Additionally, you may cancel penalty-free anytime before 60 days prior to your arrival date. Thereafter, we will refund 50% (less processing fees) for any cancellation that occurs 30 days prior to your arrival dates. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be refunded only to the extent a replacement guest rebooks your dates.
