Our single-story Cinderella-Architected home offers over 2,500 sq ft of living space, providing plenty of room for your family to relax and unwind. After a fun-filled day at the theme parks, come back to the house and take a dip in the pool, fire up the grill for a delicious meal, or enjoy a game of pool. The backyard is perfect for outdoor family activities, and the pool can be heated for an additional fee of $55 (+tax) per night..
Your little ones will love staying in our Princess-themed and Star Wars-themed rooms, complete with Disney character costumes for them to dress up in. The home also comes with multiple TVs, including subscriptions to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, so you can enjoy your favorite Disney movies and shows. For those who need to catch up on work, we have a designated workspace available.
At our vacation rental, safety and security are our top priorities. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the home is thoroughly sanitized before your arrival. We offer keyless, self-check-in and have smart smoke and carbon monoxide detectors that communicate with the thermostat to minimize the spread of carbon monoxide and fire. Additionally, multiple outdoor security cameras ensure your safety at all times.
We understand that traveling with young children can be challenging, which is why we provide a variety of amenities such as a baby bath, dining booster seat, crib with sheets, and strollers. All you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries, and personal items.

For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Additionally, you may cancel penalty-free anytime before 60 days prior to your arrival date. Thereafter, we will refund 50% (less processing fees) for any cancellation that occurs 30 days prior to your arrival dates. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be refunded only to the extent a replacement guest rebooks your dates.
- A rental agreement must be signed within one week of booking. An electronic document will be sent via email.
- A valid government-issued identification must be provided within one week of booking.
- No parties, smoking, pets, or drugs are allowed on the property at any time.
- Parking is not permitted for buses, boats, trailers, campers, cargo containers, or personal watercraft.
- The maximum permissible number of occupants, inclusive of infants, is 10. All guests, regardless of age, must be formally included in the reservation.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and outdoor activities are prohibited during this time.
- Please follow the parking instructions and property rules regarding parking.
- The home must be treated with care and respect. Jumping or playing on the furniture is not permitted.
- Lock all doors and conserve energy before leaving.
- Any suspicious activity or damages must be reported to the host immediately.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damages to the property or fines incurred from the City of Anaheim during their stay.
- $750 security deposit will be secured by credit card
- No More than three vehicles allowed
