It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story remodeled property in a family friendly, community called Maui Kamaole. The community has 2 tropical pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts and lush tropical landscape. The property and our unit is family friendly, yet sophisticated and beach chic. Our unit is in the front section of the community (A cluster), so the ocean is right in front of you! Sunsets, whale watching, or just relaxing from the lanai (porch) are easily done here. The condo is a 5 minute walk to two of Maui’s best beaches (Keawakapu and Kamaole III) and a short drive to many more incredible escapes. Perfectly situated in Kihei with a cool young vibe, the property has easy access to great restaurants and shops. It is also just minutes from the more upscale shops at Wailea, with world class shopping and award winning dining.

First floor guest room has 2 twin beds, convertible to a king bed if you want (you just let us know). Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed. Both rooms have brand new furniture, comfortable clean beds and linens, and closet, dresser and drawer space. Both rooms also have additional sitting areas and an upstairs private enclosed lanai (terrace). There is also a comfortable queen sofa bed in the living room. Two full bathrooms offer newly redone tub shower (downstairs) and gorgeous new bathroom with large shower (upstairs). Living room has 65″ HD Smart TV connected to cable/internet and sound bar. Unit has new A/C units and keeps the unit nice and cool, and also has ceiling fans in all rooms which in combination with the Hawaiian trade winds bring amazing breezes. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is also a washer/dryer are also in unit. In addition to bath and beach towels and comfortable linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, tennis rackets, coolers and much more are available for your enjoyment! Easy parking with a spot dedicated to the unit as well.
