Steamboat Springs is known for its world class skiing, music festivals, and jam packed activities held at the base year round. It features the wild blue gondola, the longest 10 person gondola in North America.

Downtown Steamboat Springs is an easy ten minute (free) bus ride away, and features incredible dining and shopping, art exhibits, and the Yampa River. In the summer enjoy a bike ride along the river or catch the rodeo.

Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs is 10 miles (24 minutes) away and a must see attraction on your next visit!!

The entire condo is available for guest use except for a locked storage closet on the lower floor.

Please be aware the pool and spa are closed for maintenance April 15-May 15 and October 1st-Thanksgiving

One parking pass is provided for parking directly at the property.

There are stairs to enter the home (3rd floor) and stairs inside the home (3 levels). There is no elevator to access the home. The upstairs queen master bedroom is a loft and has a private bathroom but this bedroom does not have a door.

While there is not air-conditioning this is standard for the mountains. The unit gets a great cross breeze through the main level with the kitchen window open along with the patio slider. Even on the hottest summer days in the mountains the temperatures drop to the 50s-60s at the warmest at night making for a great nights sleep.
