Three ensuite bedrooms spread across two pavilions, with a third pavilion dedicated to the communal spaces – kitchen, living, and dining – means everyone has their own space and there’s a natural place to come together. Separate quarters, shared spaces, no one on top of each other. Perfect for two couples, easy room for a third, or families with older kids who appreciate a little independence.

If it’s just the two of you, pricing reflects that. You get the whole property to yourselves, and you’re not paying for bedrooms you’re not using. Honeymoon, anniversary, babymoon, or just a long-overdue trip –  it’s perfectly private.

The villa sits on a lush hillside in Coral Bay, with Caribbean views that shift all day with the light. Sunrises. Rainbows after passing showers. Hummingbirds doing their thing in the garden. And if your timing is right, a full moon rising slowly over the Down Islands – best experienced from the spa with a glass of champagne.

The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked –  guests regularly tell us it’s the nicest rental kitchen they’ve ever used. The grill lives on the balcony and has its own view, which makes it the preferred cooking method. Calabash Market, just down the hill, has the freshest local fish and grass-fed New Zealand ribeyes. A lot of guests put their playlist on the Bluetooth, mix rum drinks in the blender, and make a whole night of it.

One thing guests consistently notice: the property is genuinely well-maintained. No chipping paint, no mildew, no bugs. If you’ve traveled in the tropics, you know that’s not a given.

Fair warning: the drive up to the villa is a little adventurous the first time. Some views are worth the extra effort, you’ll see!
